Amazing Nails Salon ("Amazing Nails", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you book an appointment or visit our salon, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to amazingnails.xyz and to the text (SMS), email and app notifications we send.

Information we collect

• Your name, mobile phone number and, if you provide it, email address.
• Appointment details: services, technician, date and time, and any note you add.
• Visit and payment history with us (for example loyalty points). We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
• If you turn on notifications on your device, a push-notification address for that device.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, change and remind you about appointments.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and change or cancellation notices by text message, email or push notification.
• To run our loyalty program and keep your visit history.
• To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Amazing Nails. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the salon, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our messaging providers (for example Twilio for text messages and Resend for email) and our payment processor. They may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep appointment and customer records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages. Use the unsubscribe or notification settings to stop email or push messages.

Children

Our online booking is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
