These Terms & Conditions govern your use of amazingnails.xyz and your online bookings with Amazing Nails Salon ("Amazing Nails", "we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them.
Appointments
Online bookings are requests for the time you select and are confirmed by our system or by us. Please arrive on time. To change or cancel, call (972) 691-3482 as early as you can. We may shorten or reschedule an appointment if you are late, and may decline repeated no-shows. Prices and durations shown online are estimates and may change with the service you actually receive.
SMS Terms
- Program: Amazing Nails sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and change or cancellation notices by text message to customers who give us their mobile number when booking.
- Consent: By entering your mobile number and booking, you agree to receive these text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies with your appointments.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the booking system, submit false information or attempt to disrupt the site. We may limit access if we believe it is being abused.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Amazing Nails is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under Texas or federal law.
